New Outlook is a supported housing program for homeless families which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Fifty apartment units (near California State University, Fresno) are utilized to house families that desire to receive supportive services to attain permanent housing, stable income, and independence from public housing.
