Support For Families of Children, Youth and Adults (Birth-26) with Disabilities
EPU Children’s Center serves as a Parent Training and Information Center and is federally funded through the U.S. Department of Education – Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). We CONNECT families with staff members who are parents and family members who have experience with a loved one living with a disability. EQUIP families with knowledge through trainings, workshops, and clinics on Special Education processes, laws, rights, and responsibilities. COLLABORATE with parents and professionals through phone calls, meets, and trainings, in order to best serve the person with special needs. ENCOURAGE families to continue to advocate for their family.
